As the basic industry of China's national economy,the power industry has always played a pivotal role in the steady development of the national economy.With the continuous improvement and improvement of China's economic and industrial structure,a new round of economic growth has begun,and the demand for electricity by the state and enterprises is growing rapidly.The shortage of electricity is gradually increasing.China's power industry is growing.Encounter unprecedented opportunities and challenges.In response to the national call to provide users with better quality power resources,State Grid Corporation began to accelerate the pace of power engineering construction.Due to the rapid economic development of Handan City in Anhui Province,the load growth rate of the power grid is fast,the 220 kV transformer capacity is tight,the power supply capacity of the power grid is insufficient,and some of the main transformers are fully loaded.Among them,Fengyang County has a deficit in 220 kV substation capacity since 2018.By 2020,the deficit capacity will further increase.Fengyang County needs to increase the 220 kV substation capacity and increase the 220 kV capacity ratio to meet the load growth demand.Therefore,the 220 kV Hongwu Substation Expansion Project is of great significance for alleviating the shortage of 220 kV substation capacity and improving the reliability of power supply in the Qin and Fengyang counties.In this paper,the 220 kV Hongwuchang expansion project is taken as the research object.Based on a large number of related literatures,this field has been deeply studied and accurate data has been obtained.Compared with the previous quantitative analysis of project investment,that is,the financial indicators of the project meet the industry's benchmark requirements,it is considered to be financially feasible.This paper is based on traditional project financial assessment and uncertainty analysis methods(including profitability indicators,The solvency indicator and the anti-risk ability indicator),through the use of expert experience,qualitatively judge the importance and calculation results of the financial indicators and risk ability indicators,and then use the analytic hierarchy process to divide the importance of the obtained indicators into weights,and finally use the fuzzy The assessment method judges the rationality of the indicator.The project will only be considered viable if the final comprehensive evaluation achieves good satisfaction.This paper demonstrates that the overall design scheme of the 220 kV Hongwu Substation Expansion Project is reasonable,and has significant economic and social benefits,which can provide a fair,reliable and scientific basis for enterprises to reduce energy costs,improve economic benefits and project decision-making.At the same time,it will provide better reference for the management of such projects for similar enterprises,and provide an accurate and objective reflection of the expansion effect.The economic evaluation method used provides reference for the actual economic evaluation of power industry projects.
