| Medical cabins is the centre for large-scale ship medical treatment. So the man-machineenvironment design of the medical cabins plays a key role in the treatment of the sicker andwounded during the voyage. Currently, lots of domestic large-scale ships medical cabins lackof man-machine environment design, this paper is to improve the ship medical cabinsman-machine environment design quality, and have a research on the arrangement and noisyenvironment of the large-scale ship medical cabins.Firstly, analysis foreign large-scale ship medical cabins man-machine environmentdesign standards, combined with domestic man-machine environment standard files, extractman-machine environment design standards for large-scale ship medical cabins. These normsprovide the basis for medical cabins layout and noise analysis.Secondly, established the medical cabin layout priority order mathematical model basedon the medical cabin layout method. Use unit grouping, using sequential under multiplehealthcare processes, importance, relativity, and using frequency as the principle of themedical cabins layout, medical cabins best layout order as the objective function to establishpriority mathematical model.Thirdly, simulation test using artificial immune algorithm (AIS) and genetic algorithm tosolve TSP problem is done. This test verified the effectiveness of artificial immune algorithmin solving combinatorial optimization problems. The mathematical model is solved by AIS.Then using Matlab developed software named large-scale ships medical cabin layout prioritysequence calculation.Finally, the large ships medical cabin noise source, transmission, hazards, protection andforecasting methods are introduced, mainly discussed statistical energy analysis method innoise forecasting in the ship design stage. Also the surgical cabin sound pressure levelproduced by main engine in a large-scale ship is predicted by VA One software. |
