| Nowadays, as the intension of the problem of global environment and energy resources,new energy resourced car has become and important direction of automotive industrydevelopment. Undoubtedly, hybrid car is the best choice among all kinds of new energyresourced cars, because compared with conventional cars; it has not only solved the problemof the short mileage of electric vehicles, but also greatly reduce the amount of discharge andimprove the economic benefits. Therefore, based on the scientific and technological project of“Research Upon Diesel-Electric Hybrid Power Plant Design and Control Technology†inHarbin, this paper is going to devise and construct HEV test bench, which followed by someresearch upon HEV experiment.Firstly, by the comparison and analysis of the constructional features, the advantages andweaknesses of different hybrid electric powers, this paper finally chooses the hybridconstruction of HEV test bench as moderate HEV on the basis of ISG electric machinery.Meanwhile, it also gives explicit analysis about the choosing of electric machinery and dieselengine. Secondly, this paper projects HEV assembly controller on account of HEV controlstrategy. The result of relative experiment proves designed HEV assembly controller meetsthe standards completely. After that, combining experimental demand and control requisition,this paper designs a control system on the basis of HEV experimental platform. This controlsystem can be divided into two parts------ECU control system of diesel engine and assemblycontrol system based on Labview software, the former of which is to control inwardparameters of diesel engine, the latter of which is to control all the other parameters exceptthat of diesel engine. HEV supervisory system reaches the demands completely on the view ofexperimental results.Finally, after the finish of test platform construction and supervisory testing, this paperdoes some research upon experimental platform. The conclusions are as follows:1) theperformance parameters of disc motor,2) the best firing strategy of HEV experimentalplatform,3) the power matching relationship between electrical machinery and diesel enginewhen disc motor of HEV experimental platform is in various kinds of working condition,which provides theoretical foundation for the following intelligent control strategy. |
