The Design Of Suspension Matching Test Bench And Application Research

Suspension plays an important role in vehicle riding comfort and occupant comfort.It is the most important system related to vehicle performance.It is also the key to evaluate the performance of the whole vehicle.Especially in the highly competitive automotive industry today,the suspension matching system has become an important issue of concern to researchers.However,the correlation matching results need to test to verify,such as the bench and vehicle testing.Therefore,it is quite meaningful to develop a test bench which can meet the needs of suspension matching testing as much as possible.Based on the existing researches on suspension and automotive components test bench home and abroad,by combining with 1/4 of automobile suspension vibration system model,this thesis designs a test bench model to simulate the suspension vibration test and develops a suspension matching test bench.The test bench can realize the regulation of excitation amplitude and frequency high functional integration,wide test object.Meanwhile,the test rig application was discussed in the paper.First,establish a more reliable bench and vehicle dynamics model as a test platform,combine the damping element gantry and vehicle simulation match suspension by optimization of the damping element based on a given elastic element,so that the performance of the vehicle to achieve a more ideal situation;Secondly,bench need to be tested again after the suspension parameters optimized.Based on the relationship between the two match suspension tests,a preliminary study match suspension correction coefficient has a reference value,And then based on the correction coefficient,the use of the vehicle on the bench match suspension is a good guidance;Finally,the match suspension performance evaluation on road test,feedback to fine-tune for the deficiencies.This thesis takes the suspension matching test of a Jetta car as an example for research and analysis.Based on preliminary verification of the road test results,it is reasonable and feasible to apply the relationship between suspension bench and vehicle matching test to guide the suspension match and it can meet the performance requirements of the vehicle.Therefore,in further suspension matching studies the suspension match test can be matched on test bench,combined with the correction coefficient,convenient to achieve vehicle match suspension.
