Project Management At Construction Stage In The Condition Of BIM Technology

The construction industry as a pillar industry of the national economy hasmaintained a momentum of rapid and stable development, stable, and it has expandedeach year, but there still exist the problems of the extensive mode of production, lowproduction efficiency, high energy consumption, technology and management isrelatively out of date. The contradiction between the current situation of the rapiddevelopment of the building industry and the backwardness of management andproduction level becomes increasingly prominent.In this paper, through literature review and investigation, the basic theory of BIMtechnology are analyzed and summarized, clear the meaning of BIM, related to BIMapplication software to classify summary, discussion between the softwareinteroperability relation, analysis of the application of BIM technology in theconstruction phase of the project, a comprehensive understanding and accurate grasp ofthe BIM technology in the present stage the application level and the development ofconstruction. A systematic study of the BIM technology theory knowledge and masterBIM software to use, familiar with the cohesion of all between software and datasharing between downstream. Through the application condition of BIM technology inthe construction phase of the project analysis, combined with the existing technology ofproject management, and then introduces the BIM technology of project management inconstruction stage.Combined with Changchun Wanhao Orient Plaza City Complex Area A Building Dhotel project, we apply BIM technology in project management at construction stage atfour aspects of quality, cost, schedule and safety, and record the details of theapplication process, summarize the differences before and after the application of BIMtechnology into the construction phase of the project management and their solutions tothe existing the problem, analyze its meaning and value of application.In the section of future work and conclusions, the author sets forth constructiveideas from perspectives of digital model, project management at construction stage,which could be start point and guidance of further studies.
