Logistics contribution to the national economy seems to be getting attention.China’s accession to the WTO, further opening of the construction market, in the face ofincreasingly fierce competition in the construction market, construction, corporate profitmargins become smaller and smaller, they began to realize that in order to have a placein the market, not only to improve their own level of construction technology,high-quality efficiently provide customers with products needed to work harder toreduce construction costs through a variety of channels. However, since the constructionindustry has a huge investment, long construction period, the construction site complexmovements of the great, wide units involved in the project, personnel and more features,determine its rapid expansion in size, while the rising cost of living cost of materialshigh and, increasingly slow capital turnover, benefits have been seriously affected.Studies have shown that a variety of large-scale projects in the cost of materials in theentire project cost accounts for half the proportion, or even account for over60%of thetotal cost, it was decided the construction project logistics has become an importantsource of profit.This article summarizes the project management and construction logistics supplychain logistics management, based theory, combined with the characteristics ofconstruction gives the connotation construction project logistics. Supplier ofbuilding materials as a source of project logistics management, logistics awareness andmanagement of its methods have some shortcomings, in order to achieve efficientlogistics management and provision of logistics and professional services, there aresome problems to be solved. Paper focuses on the procurement logistics supplier evaluation and selection, for example to YJL established supplier selection evaluationindex system, and use the system to select a supplier.Logistics YJL a significant impact on the events, and from this point of the projectto discuss the logistics risks, the project compared with the manufacturing, logistics,risk has its particularity, risk management is risk identification, risk assessment, riskdecision, risk control composition, articles YJL project focuses on the use of fuzzycomprehensive evaluation approach to risk assessment.
