| The Iron and Steel Enterprises Railway Transport System (IRTS) is one of the important part of the logistics system of Iron and Steel Enterprises (ISE). The railway transport network spread throughout the every production processes of ISE, takes on the important task of contact inside and outside of the enterprise and process flows. Technical equipments, technical operating condition, system transport capacity and its applicability greatly influence the production, sale and other aspects of the normal operation in ISE.Based on mathematics, economic, systematics and other theories, the present thesis closely revolves system capacity and applicability, designs the capabilities investigation given program of IRTS with WG Railway Transport System (WRTS) as the research background, analyzes and evaluates this two points of WRTS while establishing the capacity’s applicablity evaluation system, and finally finds out the problems in the system development and proposes some solutions.First of all, according to the analysis of WRTS organization framework, technical equipment condition and etc., the paper summrises the basic characteristics of WRTS, that is the foundation of the following analysis and evaluation. Then, the WRTS capacity is detailedly defined, and its influencing factors is analysed too. Thirdly, by using some related principles and methods, the paper carries out spot ability assessment and history data analysis, determines the capacity bottlenecks of the key subsystem, the key link segment and the key nodes, and finally determines the overall capacity of the WRTS. The paper deeply analyzes the relationship between transportation demand and capacity guarantee, then elaborates the applicability problems of the WRTS capacity. Uses the queuing theory to analyze the bottleneck influence of each subsystem’s capacity and ranked. Fourthly, using the dictionary dynamic search model and maximum residual value algorithm to optimize the routes of the7th throat. Fifthly, the paper carries on the research of the applicability between WRTS capacity and its external environment with Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA), and evaluates the results from aspects like relative effectiveness, scale efficiency, and so on. Finally, the paper carries on the research of the applicability of WRTS’s interior various capacity factors with Coordinate Degree evaluation model, and evaluates the results from the overall system aspect and the subsystem aspect. Finally, based on the external and inerior WRTS applicability research, puts forward systhesized enhancing measures and development proposals. |
