When long-term sustainable development develops as human’s strategic thinking, it becomes the hot issue that the whole society vigorously implements the circular economy, promoting conservation-oriented society, and accelerating the pace of development of green building. The development of green building is significant and an urgent task to establish a green building rating system suitable for China’s national conditions. To develop and implement the unified and standardized evaluation criteria, it is particularly important that the reflecting of the concept of sustainable development and the construction sector should vigorously develop and actively guide.Due to the limitations of time and experience, the ESGB has many inadequacies in green building evaluation system. For example, the index system focuses on ecological indicators but ignores the social attributes and economic attributes of the building. Besides, the evaluation time goes after the completion of the project, so it cannot be based on the characteristics of the construction project development, ignoring the final effect on greenness during the decision-making stage, construction stage and disposal stage. Furthermore, the indicators of compliance projects such as the evaluation method of rank assessment are also questionable.Based on life-cycle thinking of evaluation, the article reconstructs the index system based on the indicator ESGB. Through the expert survey questionnaire and entropy combined index system, the article gives weight on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation combined with the evaluation of the object.So this is the final score of the completion of the evaluation work. Through empirical evaluation of Geology and Mineral Resources of Hefei home district, it is making the system established in this paper with a strong scientific and operability. In addition, the article contributes the idea of green building evaluation process.
