With the rapid economic development of China, energy consumption and environmental pollution is serious. And in the field of building energy consumption accounted for a quarter overall energy consumption of the whole society, so the development of green building was imminent. For the current stage, the construction and promotion of green architecture in our country develop slowly, and many investors and consumers have the mistake awareness of green building.On the basis of the full life cycle of green building incremental cost and benefit analysis, introducing economic indicators in the comprehensive evaluation system of green building, which meets the requirement of green building features. This paper is based on the present research of green building, first of all to the full life cycle of green building economy analysis. Secondly, the paper in the new “Green Building Evaluation Standard” as the basis, take account for green building economy index, constructed the whole life cycle of the comprehensive evaluation index system of green building. First to calculate the weight of index, based on the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and fuzzy theory to set up a comprehensive evaluation model of green building. In analytic hierarchy process(AHP), we apply the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) to determine the weighing values of yaahp software, which makes the calculation process is simpler and more accurate results. Finally, we through the example of Vanke City of WuHu to verify the above model, it also proves the applicability of the model has practical significance.
