Green Building Whole Life Cycle Economic Evaluation Research

Green building is designed to solve the limited natural resources and a large number of the contradiction between resource consumption demand,in the full life cycle of green architecture,including architectural design,building material,building maintenance and so on all manifests the green building in energy saving,reasonable and effective use of land resources,water resources,the material of high efficiency and energy saving.At the same time,with high and new green building material,to apply concept of recycled materials on the selection and use of,can reduce the pollution of the environment,maintain good ecological environment,realize the sustainable development of construction field.From the perspective of habitant,green architecture can improve the comfort of occupants,to provide a good living and working environment,and for the occupants is beneficial to the physical and mental health of the residents,improve the quality of life of residents and the work efficiency.This article introduced the green building evaluation index system in our country on the basis of building a complete set of suitable for the situation of our country economic and comprehensive evaluation system of green building.Based on economic and comprehensive evaluation index system of green building constructed in this paper,we will each evaluation index and economic evaluation for the incremental cost analysis on the incremental costs and incremental benefit analysis,translate all the costs and benefits into the net present value to determine the feasibility of the project.Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the economic performance of green building.Finally on the basis of M city square building project on the above index system and evaluation model for empirical analysis.Calculate the incremental cost of material resources,energy use of incremental costs and incremental cost of water resources,direct incremental revenue,green building recycling benefits and environmental impact profits,eventually convert into the project overall incremental cost benefit.Based on the index system constructed in this paper,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of green building economy is good.Finally based on the results of the study summarized,put forward to perfect the green building developers economic incentive policies,consumers green consumption incentives such as constructive Suggestions.
