| The early power grid construction focused on meeting users’ power load demands. Withthe rapid economic development of Dongguan, the quality of its distribution network cannotkeep up with the development of the power load demands. The distribution network ofDongguan is scale-large and complex, with varied connection modes and developmentthoughts. Every town/district has its own characteristics of distribution network structure. Thequality of the distribution network is seriously influenced by human factors with arbitrariness,which is not conducive to long-term development of the power system. Therefore, it isnecessary to analyze and assess the network structure of the medium-voltage distributionnetwork, and research its construction. This research aims at providing a reference method forthe construction and reformation of the distribution network in every town/district. Thereference method should effectively enhance the distribution network structure and improvethe reliability of power supply. This will ensure the safe, economical, and reliable operationof the power grid, and the sustainable development of power enterprises is guaranteed.This research consists of four parts. First, the current situation of the distributionnetwork in Dongguan city is analyzed, and the main features and the existing problems arestudied. The analysis results will be the basic data of the research. Second, with the basic data,the power supply reliability, economy, networking flexibility, operating simplicity of variouscommon connection modes in Dongguan are analyzed comprehensively by modeling; Third,the construction and reformation strategy of distribution network is proposed based on‘distribution network district’. Fourth, based on the above research results, the ideas andprinciples of network construction of medium-voltage distribution network in Dongguan areproposed, and common problems are analyzed to give a guidance for the constructionand reformation of the distribution network in Dongguan. |
