In modern society, with development of global information and technology,new technology and method brings opportunity to manufacturing industry. It alsobrings serious challenges to the production management of manufacturing industry.Based on the production models of order driving, manufacturing process haschanged from the popular single equivalent products processing into the complexindividualized products processing. How to meet customer requirements whilereducing cycle time, and lowering costs is the key question that need to be solvedby manufacturing company, manufacturing process optimization is the essence ofmanufacturing company. A large number of scholars at home and abroad havestudied the manufacturing process optimization and have got many research results,but these research methods are complex with high costs, and the relationshipbetween all aspects are independent of each other, The research of manufacturingprocess optimizations of production-models based on order driving are lackcomparatively and the manufacturing process optimization system has not formed.Consequently, this paper focuses on manufacturing process optimization, The mainresearch work in this paper focuses on the following aspects:Firstly, in accordance to the requirements of the make-to-order production modefor the manufacturing process system of enterprise, the characteristic ofmanufacturing process, compared the method of manufacturing processoptimization were analysised, on that basis, an manufacturing process optimizationframework of make-to-order production mode was established, and makes optimizemethods more clear, and which lays the foundation for process optimization.Secondly, in accordance to the complicated process of the workshop, the ideaof process decoupling points is proposed. making the rules of manufacturing taskdecomposition, a manufacturing task decomposition model based on processdecoupling points is established, and the calculating process model are designed,the model is decomposed into simple generalizing manufacturing task and differentiated manufacturing task two parts, thereby, this method not only enhancesthe efficiency, reduces the cost, and improves the personalized demand anddiversified demand, achieving the optimization of manufacturing process finally.Finally, this paper building the manufacturing process hypergraph theorymodel according to directed hypergraph theory, which aims solution of theoptimization for process in production, based on the model mentioned above,finding the solution of optimal route search in two aspects, manufacturing taskdecomposition and resource capability. Defining definition and regulations ofstructure optimization, designing and optimizing the solving processes, theoptimized manufacturing operations path is obtained, achieving the optimization ofmanufacturing process, realizing the quadratic optimization of manufacturingprocess, finally, the feasibility of this research validated by the observed data.
