Human behavior has a direct relationship with shipper’s psychological characteristics and the state, Ships driver skills, physical and mental state play a decisive role in the safety of the ship sailing, the ship pilots’ superb technical level is based on good psychological quality and safe, stable mental state. Ships driver safety behavior is secure mental performance and safe psychological guidance’s results.Currently, there are a lot of security at abroad about psychometric aspects of human research, but few studies psychological aspects of security for the ship pilot, in this article, we study the safety behavioral of the driver and psychological, and test the driver’s Psychological safety, While developing targeted intervention strategies, it is important to reduce maritime accidents and marine driver training.The paper based on the perspective of system engineering, With traffic psychology, traffic engineering, systems safety engineering and other disciplines theory as a guide, Combined with the status quo of China’s inland navigation environment, by way of field research on inland river ship pilots for psychological assessment, Aimed at finding the main factor through the driver’s safety on the ship psychological evaluation to extract the impact on ship pilots. The main contents are as follows:1)Summarized research status of human factors in maritime accidents and human security aspects of psychological evaluation summary of the research results and the existing shortcomings.2)Based on the basis of safety psychology and psychological measurement theory research, the driver’s ships of the accident psychological depth analysis. 3)Explained ships driver safety psychological evaluation techniques and methods, and construction of Psychological Evaluation Scale4)Through empirical analysis to verify the validity of this article psychometric scales to build security and operability studies perspective, By Jingzhou Maritime Bureau, Yueyang Maritime Administration and the Three Gorges Navigation Authority and other local data collection and survey, the results of the assessment were analyzed, Finally based on the results of the analysis put forward targeted driver safety psychological intervention strategies of the ship.
