Waste transport vehicles is an important means of conveyance in the process of the city life garbage disposal, and the loading and unloading technology is the foundation in improving the self-loading and unloading type waste transfer vehicle. Among them, the turnover frame is the key device, it is directly related to the performance of garbage transfer vehicle and the arrangement of the whole vehicle.The development trend of the transport vehicles and the actual requirement of the project entrusted by the enterprise are combined in this paper, the transport vehicles in the vertical waste transfer station is taken as the object. According to the current advanced design theory, the virtual prototype technology and the finite element method are used. The modeling, simulation and analysis of the turnover frame are made to improve product design quality and efficiency, shorten the development cycle of the product and enhance the market competitiveness. The specific work of the design and analysis is as follows:1. According to the design requirements of the special vehicles, the overall design calculation of the transport vehicles and the design of chassis parts are completed, including the selection of the chassis and the hydraulic cylinder, the mechanism motion analysis of the turnover frame, the design of the loading and unloading process, and the structure design.2. Pro/E is used to build the3D entity model of the vehicle, and through the Mech/Pro interface software, the data is exchanged between the software Pro/E and the ADAMS. The constraint, the load and the drive are added in the ADAMS, and the virtual prototype model was established. First, through the kinematics simulation analysis, the model is proved to be correct. Then, through the dynamic simulation analysis, the force curves of the hydraulic cylinder in the process of loading and unloading have been obtained, which lay the foundation for the design of the hydraulic system and the dynamic analysis.3. Using the impact function method, the contact model is established between the garbage transport vehicle and the ground, the stability of the vehicle has been analyzed, the operation process of loading and unloading is verified to be reasonable, and the force of the front wheel is measured, which proved the transport vehicle without the danger of tilting.4. The preprocessor is operated in the Hypermesh, and the finite element analysis is operated in the ANSYS to obtain the result of the stress and the strain. Through the finite element analysis results under the three working conditions, the biggest stress points are found and the relevant improvements are made according to the actual circumstances of the working conditions. Finally, the strength of the turnover mechanism is fit to the requirement, the process is reasonable, the stability of the vehicle is good, the mechanism can bear the unbalance loading in definite extent and satisfy the work requirement in the vertical waste transfer station.
