With the continuous development of Science Technology, airplane becomes an important means of transportation. Central wing is the key part of airplane without complete profile, and hides inside the middle of the plane. It plays an important role in connecting two wings, and bears the wings’ lift force and the gravity of fuselage. So, the installation of central wing and machining precision greatly influences the balance and property of plane.After installation of central wing, it needs to be milled face hole. But central wing when it is assembled on the mounting frame is vertical to itself when it is milled. It needs to be got down from mounting frame and turned over 90 DHS. Although the old turnover mechanism makes central wing finish rotation, the process is complicated and inefficient, and exists a hidden danger for workers. The goal of central wing’s turnover mechanism is to make it convenient and swift for central wing to turn over, to make hidden danger smaller and smaller, and to make it need less extra resources and promote productivity.According to the actual requirement of the project entrusted by the enterprise, the development trend of turnover machine, and the actual situation of turnover mechanism, the design program is determined, and completes the design of part. Building the 3D entity model by CATIA and using the virtual prototype technology to prove the program’s validity. And take advantage of the finite element method to analyze some important part. The main substance of the article:1.According to the requirement of turnover mechanism and the route of central wing’s getting out from the mounting frame, the overall design calculation of the turnover mechanism and theory of turnover machine is determined, and the selection of power source and the control method of power, and the selection of the position of belt on the wing.2.The design and checking of the important parts, which includes beam, suspension frame, and support frame, and calculation of friction of belt transmission and the study of belt’s slip.3.Recurdyn is used to build the model of turnover mechanism, and constraint, load and the drive are added in the Recurdyn, and the virtual prototype model is established. First, through the dynamic and kinematics simulation analysis, the program is proved to be validity, and we can get a series of dynamic parameters.4.Building the 3D entity model by CATIA, the finite analysis is operated to obtain the result of the deformation and equivalence stress of beam, the safety factor, life and the damage of beam.5.Use Response Surface to analyze the sectional dimensions’ effection for deformation and equivalence stress of beam, and optimize the dimensions of beam to obtain the proper dimensions when deformation and equivalence stress of beam keeps the same, the mass of the beam is the smallest.
