In recent years, with soaring land prices; the ascent of the raw materials and transpor-tation costs; the human resources of greatly increased; customer’s objective of better quality and better performance are raising; Many non-formal channels of product competition irregu-lar, profit of manufacturing company reduce fast, the development of manufacturing company are facing to the huge challenge and ordeal on today and in the future.The product of company K has following features:small size; huge demand; large quan-tity of model; short production cycle, high quality and performance requirement, these fea-tures restrict company K production process, especially the packaging process requires a lot of operators work manually, but in the current situation, due to labor costs increase and the increase of the instability, low efficiency of manual operation, the production and quality are not stable. These limited the development of company K, and causing great difficulties for company K profit, so it is urgent to reduce such risks.Therefore company K intent to launch automation transformation on the existing manual packaging process.
