From the development, production, operation of motor to repair, in each stage through the test, obtaining the physical parameters to analyze the performance index is essential.In order to promote the development of motor testing technology, this paper presents a new distributed motor testing technology,which based on the background of fieldbus control system theory, combined with the motor vector control (FOC), used DSP as control core, developed the main control monitoring system in the Lab VIEW platform, realized the distributed testing of PMSM through CAN bus.This system used the openness and interchangeability of CAN bus, constituted the FCS with the test motor and the main control system. Realize the unification of Opening communication network and distributed control system,which the link of Field test and control equipment interconnection. Field testing motor as the network node of FCS hanged on the bus, The main control node collected and transmit equipment information by the net, achieved the integration of tube, measuring and control.In the analysis of the status quo and the test method commonly to motor test system, designed test system of PMSM based on CAN bus; Distribution node implemented the motor running parameters acquisition, control and CAN communication.which applicated DSP technology and FOC control algorithm. The test results verified the feasibility of algorithm、high precision and high speed computation of DSP controller; The main control node realized the overall test system with virtual instrument technique, The test results verified the system open-ended and extensible.According to permanent magnet synchronous motor as the test object, the system designed of the testing,which combined software and hardware.The results proved that the system is stable and has good real-time performance, which can realize the dynamic performance testing of upper computer to experimental motor by CAN bus. In terms of the evaluation to the control performance of the motor and alified maintenance,which has a certain practical value.
