With the development of China’s economic construction,national highway construction on a large scale,Afterwards,highway maintenance era has come. Overhaul and repair roads each year in conservation Caused by milling material piles, Most were abandoned wilderness. According to statistics, For national and provincial trunk highways,Old asphalt surface material quantity can be recycled on about1.6million tons every year,then Caused environmental pollution and waste of resources.Research of waste asphalt pavement structure and design of renewable materials recycling has become a trend.The thesis is which research of recycling pavement structure and materialfor common main stem road, through researching of recycling pavement structure and materialfor common main stem road in ShanXi province, As follows:(1)Existing pavement structure type and medium-sized repair structural types are classified summary for common main stem road in Shanxi province;Throughtraffic data conversion in past five years, carried traffic rank redrawing;The typical use of the Area pavement structure typeunder different traffic levels; Analysis of the existing pavement disease and causes common main stem road, and improvement of new forms of pavement structure throughimproving various forms of diseases and gives adaptability evaluation.(2) Let renewable surface for common main stem road and set the dominant form of renewable damaged grass present their design specifications, And axle load conversion, determine the allowable value of its design specifications proposed parameter determines the combination of design steps and pavement structure.(3)Made appropriate renewable cold mix design process and design methods, Made cold recycled mixture specimen curing,and mixtrre mixing when feeding sequence, Mix design and experimental study carried out in the late cold recycled mixture gradation range.(4) Research of cold recycling mix design and pavement performance and construction Technology for common main stem road pavement reconstruction. Recommended structural transformation of pavement performance evaluation and verification entity paving project.(5) Using the stress intensity factor and the number of actual pavement performance to cold recycling mixing plant mix fatigue life and the use of performance prediction.through mechanical analysis and theoretical derivation,research on the pavement structure under symmetrical load and partial load,Axial load equivalentloads can meet its fatigue life during design life.
