Research On City Logistics Optimization--Based On Cloud Philosophy

With the development of society and the economy, citizens’consumption concept tend to be diversify, personalization, and customization. So new requirements are put forward to the city logistics system about service level, service mode and the efficiency of service. But the worsening city environment and condition hinder the fast development of the city logistics. As an open and dynamic system, the customer’s delivery need and the carrier’s information and data are changing in real-time, it cannot identify the number and the location of the customer and the carrier. Therefore, the situation of freight cannot find the truck and the truck cannot find the freight arises and freight and truck are difficult to communicate with information transparency. On this issue, author research the system architecture and characteristic of the cloud system and the city logistic system. Based on the mechanism of the resource store, management and feedback, author found the city logistics cloud, and by means of strategy of "cluster first, distribution second", author close the city logistics system in a fixed period of time. By this kind of strategy, the author cluster the customers for the available carriers and then simplify the whole complicated VRP. Through the case validation, it certificates that this method is feasible and optimized.
