Logistics industry is regarded as the artery and basic industry of economic development,and its development degree has become one of the important symbols to measure a country’s modernization level and comprehensive national strength.One of the development goals of modern logistics is to improve the information level of logistics industry,realize the collaborative operation of multiple logistics enterprises,and meet the diversified service needs.However,the logistics information collected by a single logistics enterprise or enterprise’s logistics department and the logistics resources that can be integrated are very limited.Applying cloud computing to the railway logistics system can realize the virtualization of cloud resource sharing,provide more standard data interaction services and process based business collaboration services for enterprises in need,and truly realize the integration of information flow,logistics and capital flow To solve the problems of insufficient resource sharing,high cost of distribution and warehouse,poor service level and slow development level in the current logistics industry,and to provide users with reliable software,hardware and data resources.This paper mainly studies the railway logistics system in Liaoning Province.Based on the analysis of the development of cloud computing technology and the investigation of the development of logistics information,this paper analyzes the necessity and demand of building a logistics information management system based on cloud computing,puts forward the functional and non functional requirements of the logistics system,and designs a railway logistics system based on cloud computing combined with the system requirements.This design mainly focuses on the development and design of the logistics system,and relies on cloud computing technology to arrange the resource cloud on Sina cloud platform,so as to realize the resource integration,information collection,resource sharing and reasonable distribution of 91 logistics enterprises in Liaoning Province,avoid the reconstruction of the logistics information platform,and save costs.It provides personalized and integrated logistics services for logistics enterprises and users,improves the informatization level and resource utilization rate of logistics industry,reduces the logistics cost and meets the diversified service needs of society.
