Exploration On The Mode Of The Residential Renovation And Environmental Improvement In Scenic Areas Of Hunan Province

The scenic area is the precious, non-renewable natural heritage left by nature and our ancestors. Since the first batch of scenic spots had been set up in1982, there exists the trend that in the wave of urbanization and tourism development, settlement scale is more and more large and the contradictions between scenic resources protection and residents of the scenic spot is more intensified. Under the strategic background of "Making great efforts to promote ecological progress and build a beautiful country", said by Mr.Hu’s report at18th Party Congress, as well as the upsurge of promoting the new urbanization, new rural construction, house renovation of rural residents and characteristic residential construction raised by Hunan people’s government, this paper provides the theoretical and design references for the accurate position in the role and level of social development played by residents society of scenic areas, establishment and improvement of the residential protected mechanisms, strengthening environment planning.Through reading the large amount of domestic and overseas papers, investigating the task materials, conducting the research in many scenic areas, this paper gives a preliminary summary of the main problems existed in the residential social system of scenic spots of Hunan province, discusses the basic theory and methods on residential environment renovation of scenic spots of Hunan province, raise the new design mode of unified planning architecture and facade renovation.The main contents of the paper include following items:(1) Through investigating the use of land situation, the types of layout and building type of scenic spots, to get conclusion of the main problems existed in the residential social system of scenic spots of Hunan province, and make case analysis on four type models of residential environment renovation in scenic spots of Hunan province.(2) Determine the basic principles of residential renovation; provide the guide according to the residential building foundation elements such as roof, wall, windows, balcony etc. According to the different position in residential areas in the scenic area, correspondingly put forward the measures and requirements of renovation on built houses and newly built residence.(3) Set Langshan world heritage as an example, to further discuss mode of the renovation of residential house and environment, by using the basic theory and method, and separately discussion of preliminary investigation, middle design, and evaluation of final effort.Through the above research, the paper gives a summary of the basic skill, renovated methods and control model of the renovation of residential house and environment in scenic area. And provide the theoretical guidance for country’s renovation on residential houses and environment remediation.
