| Brushless Direct Current Motor (BLDCM) has the advantages of simple structure, high efficiency, high reliability, etc. The BLDCM has been widely used in many areas such as industrial production and aerospace. BLDCM is a multi-variable, strong coupling, nonlinear and time-varying system, and the traditional control algorithm is difficult to achieve high precision’s control requirements. This paper presents a Predictive Functional Control (PFC) algorithm of the BLDCM speed control system.Firstly, this paper analyses the basic structure and working principle of the BLDCM, and establishes the mathematical model and transfer function of the BLDCM. Secondly, a double closed loop control system is designed whose inner ring is current loop and outer ring is the speed loop. Current loop uses PI controller and speed loop adopts the intelligent PFC. Then, the simulation of BLDCM speed control algorithm is made. The design method of controller is given, and the design of BLDCM speed control system has carried on the modeling and simulation. The results show that the predictive functional control has strong anti-interference performance and robustness, and better steady-state accuracy and dynamic performance, which improves the overall performance of the system.Based on the theoretical research and simulation comparative analysis, this paper puts TMS320F28335as experimental platform of BLDCM to design software and hardware. In the final, test cases are presented, and experimental results further validate the feasibility of PFC algorithm in BLDCM speed control system. |
