As the commonly used instruments in the part of solar photosynthetically active radiation exploration nowadays, photosynthetic active radiation pyranometer has been worked in automatic weather stations and observation network. Its unified value can provide important technical guarantee for China’s meteorological radiation industry. But at present, China has not established a sound value delivery system about photosynthetically active radiation pyranometer.Aiming these problems,we complete the following work:(1) First introduced the structure and principle of effective photosynthetic radiation pyranometer and working system(2) Back to the three kinds of photosynthetic active radiation pyranometer value delivery system. According to analysis and comparison,finally we select the spectrometer calibration of this value delivery system。 And then discuss the basic unit of measurement about light quantum physics quantity.(3) Testing and researching for all the instrument performances,including outdoor in sunshine and indoor in solar simulator.And then determine the final amount of uncertainty propagation system.The results of this study:build the value delivery system about photosynthetically active radiation pyranometer by a spectrometer.when measurement of spectral range from400nm to700nm and k=2, the relative combined standard uncertainty U=4.20%.
