In order to meet the urgent demand of the hydraulic valve measurement and control platform for hydraulic valve manufacturer, this paper use virtual instrument technology designed a kind of hydraulic valve measurement and control platform. The platform can complete the performance test of electro-hydraulic servo valve and electromagnetic valve test. We studied the common contents of the hydraulic valve test, and analyzed the specific content and methods of the electro-hydraulic servo valve and electromagnetic valve test. According to the test content and test methods, we completed the hardware design and software design of the whole platform, and also mainly studies the key technologies of the hydraulic valve measurement and control platform. These key technologies make the measuring accuracy and stability has been greatly improved.In order to verify the practical performance of the measurement and control platform, multiple tests of servo valve and electromagnetic valve were carried out. Compared the test results with the standard data and analyzed the error, the result showing that the test precision and stability of the platform can meet the test requirement.
