With the rapid development of economy, the real estate industry increasinglycompetitive today, some of the detail of the factors in the industry has been more and moreattention by people, the layout of the village inside factor is the inevitable product of thereal estate industry, its human nature’s performance in the real estate industry alsoincreasingly obvious, and become an important indicator of real estate development.Fromthe perspective of humanization, find out exactly what are the factors to influence real estateinternal layout, and the influence degree, for the development of real estate follow-up isnecessary.This article USES the method of literature research and empirical research from theAngle of human nature to analysis the influence factors of real estate internal layout, andput forward the measurement model, and gives Suggestions for real estate developmententerprises.First of all, in this paper, based on the study of classical literature at home andabroad, in pingyao country in the specific area as the research object, through theintroduction of the basic situation of residential area, plane layout, summarized theinfluence factors of real estate internal layout and evaluation index, and then put forwardsome assumptions.Secondly, this article from the perspective of humanization, according tothe influence factors of real estate internal layout design of the questionnaire, and a surveywas carried out.Next, this article USES SPSS has carried on the descriptive statistics to dataanalysis, the reliability and validity analysis, using LISREL8.70to confirmatory factoranalysis of data, build a structural equation model to verify based on humanization of spacefactors, the influence factors of internal layout, landscape factor, environment factor, and itis concluded that these three are the key factors.Finally, according to the research conclusion to the follow-up of large real estate development strategy advice.
