Study On The Factors Of BIM Technology Adoption In Real Estate Enterprise

BIM has been introduced to China for more than ten years,and it has developed from the initial concept stage to the industry standard system construction phase.The MoHURD clearly pointed out in "2011-2015 construction industry information development outline" that set BIM into the overall objective of the development of the industry.At present,the design Institute,construction enterprises,consulting enterprises have a mature experience in the use of BIM.BIM plays an important role in the construction of many large projects in China.However, there are few BIM cases in the real estate enterprises. Except for trade rules and regulations, BIM Technology Maturity and other reasons,employees in real estate enterprise attitudes towards BIM Technology are equally deserving of attention.Information technology adoption theory provides a perspective on the adoption of information technology from the perspective of organization and individual,this research attempts to use the theory of information technology to study the factors that influence the adoption of BIM technology in the real estate enterprise employees.Firstly,this research reviews the development of information technology adoption theory, the latest developments in the application of BIM technology in China, classify the adoption theory from organizational and personal view.Secondly, according to the relevant features of BIM Technology and real estate enterprises,combines the theory of UTAUT with the theory of TTF from different level.Thirdly,analyzes the data of 328 valid questionnaires,uses Structural Equation Modle to test the hypothesis and draw the conclusion as follows.(1) Department Work Characteristics positive effect Task-Technology Fit.(2) BIM Technical Characteristics positive effect Task-Technology Fit.(3) Performance Expectation positive effect Behavior Intention.(4) Effort Expectation positive effect Behavior Intention.(5) Social Influence positive effect Behavior Intention.(6) Promoting Conditions positive effect Actual Behavior.(7) Top Manager Attitude positive effect Behavior Intention.(8) Task-Technology Fit positive effect Performance Expectation.(9) Task-Technology Fit positive effect Actual Behavior.(10) Behavior Intention effect Actual Behavior.Finally,this research put forward five proposals for the adoption of BIM in real estate enterprises,explain the limitations of this study and research prospects.
