The speed sensorless control technique eliminates sensor, so it can save the cost and avoid the installation difficulty, improve the reliability of the system. This paper research on asynchronous motor speed sensorless vector control technology, the main work is as follows:1.Through the method of coordinate transformation, the mathematical model of asynchronous motor based on tow-phase stationary and synchronous rotating coordinate is established, The vector control and space vector pulse width modulation theory are analyzed, A PI speed identification model with adjustable parameters is constructed, and a kind of effective and feasible load torque real-time detection method is put forward.2. The mold of this system is established in Simulink, and put the simulink model into the ADI hardware-in-the-loop system.3. Simulation and experimental results show that this system has good performance both in steady and dynamic state, has higher estimation accuracy of rotational speed and load torque, Stator and rotor flux is positive basic round, This system has less overshoot, fast response, wide speed range, smaller fluctuations of current and torque and good immunity performance in the course of speed adjusting. All of the indication accord with the performance of the actual motor, The utilization coefficient of DC voltage is increased, and the current harmonic component and torque pulsation of motor are decreased obviously. |
