Then study the background on the formation of human settlements. And the impact factors on the settlement pattern change after concrete elaboration and instance arguments. Put forward using the theory of the existing theory and method of research, combining the existing newly built by the chengdu plain good research and analysis of the new rural construction, and then by comparing the modern regional architecture creation technique and characteristic of modern building materials.
