Study On The Production Space Reconstruction Strategy Of Guanzhong Area New Rural With Farmers Perspective

Theinfluence of the new "four modernizations" construction industry, modern agriculture ruralarea basically is the focus to the park, the region spatial scale reconstruction of production,but its development mode from the town leading evolution as the dominant city, so to acertain extent, the development of the original compression space industry in rural; bringthe rural settlements of recombinant the rapid urbanization, but the lack of sustainablelivelihoods for sustainable development and transformation of recombinant residentialhouseholds within the attention, unable to attract farmers in the local employment, leadingto a series of economic and social problems of new rural community of farmers’ incomedifficulties, hollow and the gap between urban and rural areas to increase.The Guanzhong area is the traditional farming area, so even if the development patternof rural community diversity, in the area of basic farmland takes agriculture as rural leadingindustry is still dominant, the production of space object of this part of the rural communityis very necessary.This thesis focuses on the basic farmland area of Guanzhong region in the agricultureproduction space reconstruction of rural community dominated industry, mainly studieshow the limited space of new rural community in this type of reconstruction the productionspace, as the farmer high added value industry provide possibility space, thereby increasingtheir income. This paper examines the Guanzhong rural social and economic system, therelations of production history, from the macro level to reveal the Guanzhong ruralcommunity production space was the evolution of spiral development:"low dispersionstructure-the collective structure dense dispersion structure, moderately centralized anddecentralized structure of both"; and then start from the microcosmic angle of farmerhousehold operation, through actual investigation and analysis of input-output ratio thatfarmers tend to choose the input-output ratio sidelines such as farm music, on theproduction of space the need trend to reduce the courtyard and the storage space, living inisolation and culture space, expand the business space; finally, based on the previoustheories and research results, proposed design strategies in response to residential and theproduction of business development needs of farmers of the compatibility and to meet thedesign strategy of industry needs to establish the complex community, try to promotesustainable development and transformation into the livelihood of farmers, and empirical study is carried out through the East fan community case. Aiming at the problem from themicroeconomic level and regional level of insufficient space for the research communityproduction at present, this research is just some supplements in these two aspects, to providea new angle of view that farming industry and the development and planning of ruralcommunity, through some thinking plays an important role in.
