Use the Traditional method "look-up table" to determine the reducer outlet speed, By deciding the levels of the cars divide the outlet speed. Under normal circumstances it can basically achieve the desired results. However, due to the limited classification, lack of precision control, and the overall adapting ability is poor, limiting effect of the speed control, affecting the operational efficiency and safety. This allows us need to find and improve the speed hump humping control model, in order to improve work efficiency and safety hump.This paper analyzes the relevant research literature and research achievements about the hump, describes the inadequacies of China’s Hump automated control systems. And ways to improve humping through automatic speed control subsystems to enhance the operating efficiency of the disintegration of the hump. Then, paper analysis the working principle and factors affect the cars disintegration and the slipping detailed. By humping speed control system and vehicle-depth understanding of the establishment of a hump humping speed control model, braking performance of three bits determine the exit velocity.
