Research On Project Schedule Control For C Street Reconstruction

With the development of society and economy in China, the provinces anddistricts carried out with different degree transformation in the old city. The concretestreet reconstruction is one of no small tasks. Compared with those largeinfrastructure projects, ordinary street reconstruction project is a small project.However, the difference and complexity in the layout of the streets will make theengineering work tedious and difficult which will take big or small influence for theresidents’ daily life and travel on the streets. Therefore, the scientific, reasonablearrangements for street reconstruction project and schedule will be the priority amongpriorities for the project construction unit and management unit to carry out the work.It also is one of the important tasks for the street reconstruction project management.In the construction process of street reconstruction project, there will inevitably beaffected even delay factors such as the underground pipe network aging of thetransformation street, the bad weather forcing the reconstruction project, trafficpressure etc which will be important problems in street reconstruction projectmanagement unit must be careful to stay and look for solutions. They must ensure thestreet construction quality and construction cost, at the same time, must ensure theproject schedule within plan.This paper studied on the schedule control of C street reconstruction project, themain research contents are as follows: firstly, introduced the research background andsignificance of this paper, introduced the basic situation of C street reconstructionproject, summarized and analyzed the project schedule control research presentsituation, put forward the research methods, the main content and structure framework,described the project management, project schedule management, project schedulecontrol theory and method; secondly, it analyzed the factors of environmental factors,material factors, personnel factors, methods and equipment factors on the progress ofthe project; thirdly, it designed the schedule control system of C street reconstructionproject, focused on the analysis of the system goal the principle, basic structure,system, systematic analysis of the schedule of the project organization system, processsystem and method system, and discussed the project operation mechanism systemcontrol degree; finally, it put forward C street reconstruction project in five aspects ofthe control system of safeguard measures, respectively are: the project schedulemanagement and training knowledge, dynamic tracking performance information and deviation analysis, project choosing the right project schedule control Method, ensurethe optimization and adjustment of optimal allocation of project resources and timelysupply, project progress and implementation.In this study, the theory and method of project schedule control was used in theempirical analysis of C street reconstruction project. It tried to analyze theorganization system, flow system and method system of project progress controlsystem so as to provide theory guides and case method reference for projectmanagement units, supervision units and construction units constructing the similarproject and implementing schedule control.
