In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s aerospace industry,data acquisition and storage systems have been very widely used.At present,the main ways of data acquisition are telemetry acquisition and recorder storage.However,since the telemetry acquisition system is influenced by environmental factors and has certain limitations,this paper designs a ballistic telemetry acquisition and storage system,which adopts the combination of telemetry acquisition and solid state storage to make double backup of data and can realize complete data acquisition and storage.This paper takes telemetry system as the background and mainly introduces the structure protection design of telemetry acquisition unit,recorder storage unit and anti-destruction recorder in detail.The hardware mainly completes the design of 56-way analog signal conditioning,analog-to-digital conversion circuit,and multiple-way RS422 and LVDS digital signal optically isolated interface circuit to realize the function of high-voltage analog acquisition and digital reception;from the software side,it mainly completes the design of Flash storage module,USB readout module and telemetry transmission module.From the software side,the design of Flash storage module,USB readout module and telemetry transmission module is mainly completed.Bad block detection and ECC checksum are introduced in the Flash memory module to ensure safe storage and readback of data and improve the stability of the system.Through the test platform built,the functions of the acquisition recorder were tested,and the integrity analysis and accuracy verification of the test data were carried out.The final results show that the bullet-loaded telemetry acquisition and storage system has completed the acquisition,reliable recording and preservation of the switching signals,analog signals and digital signals,and can withstand high shocks to ensure data integrity without loss and realize the function of data readback.
