Nowadays, the water conservancy projects has shown astonishing progress,however, there are still lack of complete quality management system in local small andmedium-sized water conservancy project. Specially, we encounter so many problems incontrolling of quality management system and evaluation method. Thus, searching afeasible method to control the quality of the small and medium-sized water conservancyproject contains practical significance. Hence, the thesis focuses on the controllingapproach of construction quality and evaluation method. Firstly, for local small andmedium-sized water conservancy project construction, the quality control andevaluation methods are reviewed. Thus, it is easier to summarize the development trendof quality control and evaluation method. Furthermore, the composition, characteristics,influencing factors, control approaches and evaluation method of controlling ofconstruction quality in local small and medium-sized water conservancy project are alsoanalysed in this thesis. Finally, this research has been verified by the engineeringexample, and we proposed the classification of construction quality control factors, i.e.,"object factors""environmental factors","human factor" and "factors of science andtechnology". Meanwhile, the various influence factors of engineering quality has carriedon the elaboration. Moreover, the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory forengineering are used in quality quantitative evaluation and rank, and the importance ofquality factors make the results more objective and scientific.
