Research On The Scheduling Problem Of Cycle Drop And Pull Transportation In G Chemical Manufacturing Enterprises

As a new mode of transportation in developed country, drop and pull transportation is widely used. It meets the requirements of building the environment-friendly and resource-saving transportation environment, and it has many advantages, such as low unit cost, high efficiency and fast turnaround, which can bring considerable economic benefits to the transportation industry. In this background, China has undertaken to promote the drop and pull transportation Pilot Projects for three times.With the development of market economy, the key of the manufacturing enterprises to obtain competitive advantage in the market has turned to logistics—the third profit sourc.eAn efficient logistics systems can improve the efficiency of production and reduce the logistics costs, thus enhancing the corporate sector competitiveness. The chemical manufacturing enterprises have a higher requirement of the logistics due to the special nature of the product. However because of the ideology—production importantly, logistics unimportantly, most of the chemical manufacturing enterprises are presenting an extensive logistics management.This paper firstly describes the background and significance of launching the drop and pull transportation in the chemical manufacturing companies, the Technology route of this paper is determined by research on the papers in the worldwide. Then through exploring the basic concepts and features of the drop and pull transportation, analyzing its organizational forms and related practices, the advantage and development significance of drop and pull transportation in China is stated. Then it analyzes the current status of the chemical manufacturing production logistics, as well as the existence of unreasonable transportation and other issues, and carries out the chemical manufacturing companies pull transport feasibility analysis. Heuristic algorithm is adopted in vehicle scheduling problem in this paper. A reasonable assumption is made based on the description of the problem and a multi-objective optimization mode is built with minimal vehicles and cost. Matlab is used to code and solve heuristic algorithm Vehicle scheduling of cycling drop and pull transportation in chemical manufacturing company G is given, and the result shows that its logistics cost can reduce by8%compared with fixed hang transport.
