The drop and pull transport because of its high velocity of goods circulation,high transport efficiency,low cost,energy-saving and emission-reduction and other advantages,has been widely applied in port container transport,warehousing and distribution of goods,logistics park center line and other industries and regions.In recent years,the optimization of the site conditions,the rational allocation of vehicles,optimize the customer structure,optimize the route by means of logistics and transport companies,gradually carry out transport mode in order to improve the economic efficiency of enterprises and competitiveness,but in the drop and pull transport station location tend to rely on experience or subjective judgment and make a habit of nonscientific decision-making,lack of theory and method support.This paper takes T logistics company "two point one line,two ends drop and pull transport" highway transport mode as the research background,calculation of throwing and hanging pool location and gives the primary scheme of gravity model in Guangzhou and Shanghai,and then use the AHP method to quantitative analysis of location factors,and ultimately the formation of workable,theoretically optimal throwing and hanging pool location scheme.The main research work are as follows:(1)analysis of the main operation problem of T logistics company faces in daily business activities,analyze the reasons and put forward the throwing and hanging pool relocation is effective way to solve the enterprise cost reduction.(2)establish the gravity center location model,calculate the best theoretical center in Guangzhou and Shanghai,delimit the location scope and give 3-4 alternatives.Secondly,calculate the best scheme by using AHP.(3)set up the project team to implement the new program,compare the vehicle mileage and enterprise profit margin before and after each 2 months,and analyze the practical value of the new scheme.This paper takes the widely used " two point one line,two ends drop and pull transport " model as the research object,and analyzes the impact of the throwing and hanging pool location on the working efficiency of the truck and the operating profit of the transport company.At the same time,pointed out that the comprehensive use of gravity method and AHP method is to solve the rejection of good method of the throwing and hanging pool location problem,and has been verified by the business case,reducing costs and increase benefits obviously,but also provide a reference for future development of other logistics enterprises.
