Research On Drop-and-pull Transportation Operation Organization Of QY Logistics Enterprise Alliance

As advanced transportation organization of the road transport industry,drop-and-pull transport has been widely recognized and applied in Europe and other developed countries.Drop-and-pull transport is an intensive,efficient means of transportation,embodies the standardization,large scale and networking of road freight industry.Drop-and-pull transport can reduce the cost of transportation,improve transport efficiency and achieve the goal of energy conservation and emissions reduction.At present,the road to drop-and-pull transport development is still relatively backward.Lower than the trailer,the road transport of freight is still an ordinary monomer truck vehicle transportation,and achieve energy conservation and emissions reduction,improve the efficiency of transportation and development does not match the requirements of modern logistics.compared with Europe and the United States developed countries gap is obvious.This paper takes QY logistics enterprise alliance as the research object and studies the drop-and-pull transport operation organization,benefit and profit distribution.At first,this paper studies and analyzes the organization situation and production organization present situation of drop-and-pull transportation of QY logistics enterprise alliance,points out its existing problems.Second,the QY logistics enterprise alliance to drop-and-pull transport market environment and market demand is analyzed,and according to the enterprise alliance to drop-and-pull freight transportation history,we build the index trend extrapolation model,regression analysis model and three model such as exponential smoothing and forecast the drop-and-pull transport freight of logistics enterprise alliance in the future.Third,we design scheme of QY logistics enterprise alliance production organization,including to drop-and-pull transport supply organizations,yard and vehicle operation organization design,according to the vehicle configuration model,we configure the number of tractor and trailer of drop-and-pull transportation line.The index system of efficiency analysis of drop-and-pull transport is established and the traditional enterprise alliance model and drop-and-pull transport on contrastive analysis of the economic and social benefits.Fourth,we research the operation organization mode of QY logistics enterprises drop-and-pull transport union,and put forward detailed building solutions of drop-and-pull transport union.Then we establish the Shapely profit distribution model,and use the method of Shapely and analyze income distribution of QY logistics alliance enterprise.Then we aim at the shortcomings of the limitations and improve the Shapely model.The more fair and reasonable income distribution model is concluded,aiming at QY logistics alliance,it is concluded that membership income distribution and the distribution ratio of the enterprise.Road transport of goods as the foundation for the development of the logistics links,we develop the advanced mode vigorously of transport organization to drop-and-pull transportation,it can accordingly improve the transport efficiency,intensive use of resources,speed up turnover of the car goods,save the purchase and storage costs of vehicle,thereby it can reduce the logistics cost in the whole society,and have development prospects abroad.
