As a new construction method, prefabricated building transfers some traditional construction projects to the factory. And it is a product of construction industrialization which is compatible with China’s energy-saving and environmental protection policies due to its advantages of high industrialization level and low building energy consumption. Therefore,China’s demand for prefabricated houses is growing, especially in public housing and infrastructure projects.More importantly, the vigorous development of prefabricated technology can help to quickly install prefabricated components to increase the productivity of the construction industry. But in fact, when the supply chain management of prefabricated components is not good, the performance of this prefabricated technology is often hindered. In general, according to the distribution characteristics of prefabricated components, the delay or early delivery of prefabricated components is the main obstacle limiting the productivity of the entire project.Because the delivery time of the prefabricated components is too late, the construction site will be delayed, the construction period will be extended, and the construction unit’s labor, management, and equipment costs will increase. But if the delivery is too early,it must be stored in the storage area before assembly. In this case, the limited crane will repeat the lifting operation, resulting in a large amount of inventory, thereby increasing the management cost of the storage cost of the construction unit.In addition, the shapes of prefabricated components are different, different prefabricated components have different loading and unloading equipment, and it takes a long time, resulting in a longer waiting time for logistics companies to load and unload, which affects the logistics distribution cost of prefabricated components. Therefore, this paper proposes to apply the drop and pull technology to the logistics scheduling of prefabricated components. The relevant research contents are as follows:(1)According to the results of investigation and literature, the research status of prefabricated building distribution and drop and pull transportation vehicle scheduling problems is analyzed, and the classification of prefabricated components and the process and characteristics of logistics distribution are summarized. In addition, based on the relevant theories and principles of drop and pull transportation, the definition and related solving algorithms of the drop and pull transportation vehicle scheduling problem are summarized.(2)Based on the prefabricated component drop and pull transportation process and element analysis, several applicable drop and pull transportation organization modes are determined, and the Anylogic simulation model is used to simulate and analyze the selected organization mode, and finally determined the best and most suitable for the organization mode of the logistics scheduling of prefabricated components-the network-type drop and pull transportation mode.(3)Based on a many-to-many transportation network structure, the simulation and analysis of drop and pull transportation scheduling scheme of the distribution characteristics of the construction industry is carried out,and the prefabricated components with the minimum distribution cost and time window penalty cost as the goal are established. In this model, the time satisfaction of the construction unit is quantified, aiming to meet the distribution characteristics of the construction industry. In addition, the genetic algorithm is used to solve the model.Compared with the example of prefabricated component transportation scheduling, the optimized model of drop and pull transportation scheduling can meet the delivery time requirements of the construction unit while reducing the empty mileage of the tractor and occupying The small number of tractors reduces the logistics distribution cost of the entire transportation process by 30.41%.At the same time, the purchase cost of tractors invested by the enterprise in the early stage has also been greatly reduced.
