In recent years, with the continuous development of China’s economy, the improvement of science and technology, people pay more and more attention to the reality problem of how to use the technique to solve railway transportation industry’s work what is becoming increasingly heavily in a fast and effective way. Because the railway station has a large amount of field work, lack of anti slip method, the probability of occurrence of vehicles sliding accident increase greatly. In order to avoid the occurrence of such greatly safety accidents which may cause significant damage of people’s life and chuntry’s property, apply technology imminent to popularize automatic operating mode. Although there already have some new anti slip device, but in practice there are still many problems such as complex structure, low efficiency.This paper aiming at some problems existing at present, studying and analyzing the anti slip system in depth.Combined with the theoretical calculation and3D modeling first, then optimizing the Anti running device’s structure of the hydraulic transmission device and a power system.After improvement the anti slip system has the characteristics of compact structure, fast response time and simple operation. This structure also has important significance for improving the work efficiency of railway station and ensuring workers safety. At the same time, this paper also studied on stress and strain in different track gradient.Finite element analysis is carried out by changing the height between braking rail and rail surface about two different conditions which in linear track or curved track.This result has the practical significance for according to the actual track gradient to adjust the brake rail height and to achieve the purpose of safe driving.
