Analysis And Control Of The Taiyuan Railway Bureau Railway Traffic Accident

As an important means of transport, railway is important lifeline of the national economy. With economic development, to achieve a six great speed railway, not only transport velocity and transport capacity has been greatly improved, the railway transport service quality has become more humane. Thus accompanied by a prominent railway safety issues,"4.28" Jinan Railway and the "7.23" Chung Wen railway motor car accident attracted national attention, railway safety issues became the focus of national railway accidents for people’s lives and property safety, national economic development and the social impact of the railway sector losses caused is immeasurable. Therefore, the most important task of the railway sector is to control the traffic accident and ultimately the purpose of safe operation of trains. The important reason of railway accidents often occurring is the safety management not in place. Therefore, to strengthen railway safety management has become a trend. Reduce rail accident rate, not only can improve the economic benefits of the railway, but also can improve social benefits.In this thesis, we make occurred traffic accidents of Taiyuan Railway Bureau since2005as the background. We divide traffic accidents into major incidents, big incidents, risk accidents and general accident. We use of fault tree and accident chain model and security systems engineering, environmental science, management science, ergonomics and other theories on the train conflicts, train derailment, the train large parts broken off the train parts, train braking failures and other issues in detail analysis. Railway traffic accident in addition to equipment limitations and the quality of personnel reasons, the most important factor is the existence of loopholes in railway safety management. Based on the Taiyuan Railway Bureau train traffic accident analysis, we identify the railway safety management oversight, and put forward scientific and reasonable precautions to reduce the incidence of traffic accidents to avoid similar accidents.
