At the same time, based the prediction methods about travel generation and distribution in the Four-stage method, the paper predicts the travel overalls among different districts, builds the residents travel mode chain choice probability model, by which the paper predicts the inbound traffic, outbound traffic as well as transfer traffic, providing the basis for internal facility size estimations at the rail transfer station.The paper analyzes the factors affecting the size of the transfer station facilities and studies the feature of passengers.Then it builds the model calculating the size of transfer station facilities based on the characteristics of the passenger.
