Park and Ride(P&R)is a part of urban transportation system.As a common connecting facility of metropolitan rapid rail transit stations,it can effectively connect the metropolitan rapid rail transit with the urban road network.By intercepting the traffic outside the city,it can alleviate the problems of road congestion and parking difficulties in the central area of the city,and improve the utilization rate of the metropolitan rapid rail transit and promote ‘green travel’.At present,the suitability evaluation of P&R facility location is subjective,and the scale measurement is calculated according to the passenger flow prediction results of the four-stage method,which is quite different from the actual demand.Because P&R facilities mostly adopt three-dimensional parking or underground parking mode,it is difficult to change the scale once completed,so it is of great significance to study the location and scale of P&R facilities.About the location selection and scale measurement of P&R facilities in metropolitan rapid rail transit,the paper mainly does the following work:First,in the initial location selection phase of the P&R facilities of the metropolitan rapid rail transit,the initial location selection model is established based on the spatial analysis method by crawling the spatial information data around the location.According to the main principles and influencing factors of P&R facility location selection,multisource data including land use type and area,building outline and height,road network data,point of interest data,etc.are selected,and the research is carried out through nuclear density analysis and k-means cluster analysis methods and quantitative calculation of score ranking,and the solution path of the primary location selection model is proposed.Secondly,in the stage of final location selection and scale measurement of P&R facilities in metropolitan rapid rail transit,a bi-level programming model is established based on Stackberg game theory and stochastic user equilibrium theory.Comprehensively considering the interests of traffic planners,environmental protection departments,facility construction operators,and commuter travelers,a multi-objective optimization model is constructed at the upper level,and a traffic flow allocation model based on Logit stochastic user equilibrium is constructed at the lower level,which form the bi-level programming model.In addition,an algorithm to determine the final P&R location and the Pareto solution set of the corresponding scale and fare is proposed.Finally,the paper takes the Beijing Pinggu Line to carry out a case analysis and apply the above models to get the recommended plan for the location and scale of P&R facilities on the Pinggu Line.The recommended plan is to build P&R facilities at Gaolou Station,Qixinzhuang Station,Mafang Station,Pinggu Station with parking space of 184,242,423,401 respectively,and the P&R facility charge standard is set at 6 yuan.Compared with the absence of P&R facilities,the total cost of system travel is reduced by 47.55%,and carbon monoxide emissions are reduced by 22.10%.The calculation results show that the installation of P&R facilities can significantly reduce carbon emissions and reduce the total travel cost of the urban transportation system,and the fares of P&R facilities have a great impact on the overall function of the facilities.
