As the large-scale flow distribution in public places, the urban rail transit station is staff-intensive and great mobility. Pedestrian flow is very easy to susceptible to rail transit facilities and different densities, reducing the transfer efficiency, comfort and safety. The purpose of this paper is to observation and analysis pedestrian walking behavior at the different facilities of rail transit station, establish rail transit transfer station capacity model and transfer walking time model of transfer facilities. On the one hand it provides the reference to improve thr transfer safety and efficiency of pedestrians travel; on the other hand it has important practical significance to transfer station reasonable layout and Train traffic organization.Firstly, the paper does the observation and analysis on pedestrian walking behavior of Chongqing Daping station and Niu Jiaotuo station at platform, downlink stair and transfer passage, and collect the basic data of transfer facilities.Secondly, sorting out and analyzing a lot of data, fitting pedestrian flow density-speed relations and density-flow rate with SPSS software. This paper gives capacity model of different facilities and real utilization of elevator within one train departure intervals. It also reach a conclusion on the actual density range of passageway and maximum through capacity under the interval of train. Finally, on the basis of summarize evacuation time model of different facilities, the paper establish transfer walking time model using the density-speed relations and Operational research queuing theory. For the plat evacuation time, the platform will be divided into free walk stage and queuing up to the stage, and establish platform evacuation time model considering the pedestrian density and passage evacuation ability.
