A Research On Facade Design Of Residential Based On The Requirement Of Energy-saving In Buildings

The increasingly serious of energy problem has become a major factor which restrict the development of humans.Energy-saving is the most important way to slove this world-wide problem.Because of its wide influence and large energy consumption,if the buildings can save energy or not takes energy-saving work’s attention of every country. In China,the buildings energy consumption account for more than1/3of the national total energy consumption.To solve the building energy-saving problem is particularly important.The priority among priorities is the energy-saving of residential buildings which affect almost all of people.In residential buildings,the building facade affects not only the construction of the overall style and aesthetic,but also affects the energy efficiency of residential buildings.The components and parts in residential buildings’facade which are closely related to the building energy conservation is also an important element of the facade.The design on residential buildings elevation should meet the needs of building rational and romantic,not only satisfy the residential buildings for aesthetic requirements,but also meet the requirements for buildings’energy-saving.Based on what mentioned above,this paper analyzes the influences and characteristics of main components which is related to the construction of energy efficient in residential building facade on residential building energy saving and facade.And this paper discusses the facade design methods of residential building with the requirements of energy saving in buildings as the pilot conditions.This paper analyzes the overall level of energy consumption and the problems in energy saving components design of residential buildings in Chengdu City.Through this study,the points of view that it is better to select and process energy saving components in suitability and unity principle can be got.It not only can reduce the energy consumption of residential buildings,but also does not affect the facade of residential buildings.The study can make the function of residential buildings,technology and form of unity.
