Research On Building Energy Efficiency Factor And Technology Strategy Of Chengdu New Residential Community Project

The opening year of12th Five-Year Plan"in2011,is an important period for China’s economic growth and transformation,Building Energy Efficiency and Green Building are not an empty slogan,but an real action for the enterprise and government in this period.The national economy achieve sustainable development,the importance and urgency of Building Energy Efficiency are beyond doubt. Meanwhile it points to the two principles of Building Energy Efficiency,which are Energy saving design for new buildings and Energy saving reconstruction for existing buildings.Chengdu constructs vigorously to creat"the world modern rural city",and deepens the "three new mosts" objectives.The integration of urban and rural areas in Chengdu is the most valuable basis, the most practical advantages and the most fundamental measures to achieve this goal. Around this goal realization, Municipal government joint six bureaus(the Construction Bureau, the Development and Planning Bureau, the Agricultural Development Bureau,the Land Bureau, the Planning Bureau and the Housing Authority)in releasing the construction of "The New Residential Community Project".The thesis research target is to analyse the problems with The New Residential Community Project in Building Energy Efficiency and Thermal environment.We detected and surveyed the research objects in summer and winter in Pi county,and then combine with new engineering policy and local climate characteristics factor to put forward the corresponding strategy on the analysis research optimization.lt provide technical guidance with planning design perspective and architectural design perspective for new energy saving project.Finally the thesis summarize experience to provide a reference basis in energy saving and emission reduction.Content:1、Through to the domestic and foreign relevant energy saving literature analysis and research,combining the current situation of the new engineering analysis with energy conservation in Chengdu,We establish a new engineering thermal environment research plan.2、To select the investigation object and make research plan to evaluate the thermal (?) imoment factors.(?) Analysed the factors such as sunshine, layout, wind environment in Planning and (?)use ECOTECT,T-SUN,FLUENT to simulate the objects.Researched single building energy saving factors in Building design perspective and use PBE2008software to simulate energy consumption.4、Finally, in accordance with the front research results putting forward energy conservation planning strategys for The New Residential Community Project in planning design perspective and architectural design perspective.
