| Under the premise of global promotion of low-carbon energy, the chiller control system has gradually become an essential part of the transformation for the factories and commercial buildings with the increasingly powerful building system and the rapid development of automation. And it also has become an important part of improving the building energy.Our research is based on the comprehensive analysis of many aspects, like the computer room equipment energy consumption, the control flow of the cooling tower fan, the running characteristics of the pump and the working conditions of the main engine. Finally, we design a comprehensive computer group control system by combining the chilled water system, the cooling water system with the direct digital control system. In reality, we monitor the running state of the equipment in air condition system, like cooling pump, freezing pump, supply and return water valve, cooling tower, water chilling unit and heat exchanger. Finally, we make a report about how to save energy for long term management.We put the performance data of the room together and build up the energy saving database after designing and debugging, then making discussion and improvement. On the premise of normal operation, we check over the equipment through the control group control system to reduce the uptime and reduce the energy consumption of the whole room. |
