China’s manufacturing enterprises, especially the pearl river delta’s manufacturing which high concentration and stubbornly high cost of land use fees, use the plane warehouse storage way for finished goods warehouse is relatively common. The finished goods warehouse as a production warehouse, in order to improve the storage efficiency, often take the form of the aisle for goods tray to store. In the increasingly competitive today, more and more manufacturing enterprises’s production according to the order. And the aisle type finished goods warehouse has the following characteristics.1) Aisle is not according to the product type stored but according to the order stored;2) Every aisle is same except the aisles’s physical location and capacity are different, and the aisle is not restricted to the specified order;3) Each aisle can store more orders;4)The capacity of aisle has a certain flexibility (aisle’s capacity associated with the display uniformity of tray). These characteristics result in the number of orders for aisle planning, may have very many kinds of combinations. Under orders and aisle’s constraints, adopting what kind of combination can be achieved for the fastest of the warehouse’s turnover, which is the problem this paper mainly studied.The traditional planar finished goods warehouse’s aisle planning is still rely on artificial experience, which waste a lot of manpower. And it is difficult to ensure the aisle planning results can be achieved the highest storage efficiency, especially in the case of a lot of orders. Workshop daily production order has a certain uncertainty and randomness. And workshop’s practical production impossible in strict accordance with the production plan. The uncertainties of the production plan orders for aisle planning presented a huge challenge, which greatly increasing the difficulty of artificial aisle planning. Therefore, use the Internet of things technology and information technology to achieve computer intelligent aisle planning, which has extensive theoretical and practical significance.Based on the "production-warehousing" operations of the manufacturing enterprise, this paper analyzing and solving for Guangdong X paint manufacturer finished goods warehouse’s aisle planning problem.Firstly, analysis of the production off-line and finished goods warehouse operation process of the paint manufacturer. The advantages and disadvantages of a variety of the Internet real-time information acquisition device have been illustrated. Introduced the selection and usage of real-time information acquisition equipment in production and warehouse. And set up transparent storage environment and information architecture based on the Internet of things.Secondly, for the problems of finished goods warehouse’s aisle planning according to the workshop production plan and the workshop production plan changes may lead to aisle planning result cannot execute, this paper is proposed the two-stage aisle planning mechanism for the "production-warehousing" real-time linkage, and analyzed the difficulties of the mechanism which is the aisle planning for deterministic order sequence.Thirdly, the aisle planning for deterministic order sequence were studied. The concrete content includes expounds the constraints and aisle planning principles of the aisle planning for deterministic order sequence problem, establishs the mathematical model, and uses the improved genetic algorithm for solving the model. Mainly introduced the design of the improved genetic algorithm, and made a detailed explanation for encoding, population initialization, fitness function, selection strategy, crossover and mutation operation and termination conditions.Finally, intelligent warehouse planning modules of the transparent storage environment information architecture based on Internet of things was develop. The module adopts B/S architecture, and the two-stage aisle planning mechanism for the "production-warehousing" real-time linkage is applied to the module’s core function-the automatic aisle planning to implements the dynamic aisle planning. Intelligent storage planning module was actual used in the paint manufacturing enterprise, and the aisle planning effect has been verified.
