With the continuous development of industrial technology,industrial 4.0 the arrival of the era,more and more applications in the field of industrial production to the intelligent manufacturing technology.Therefore,B Company presented humanization idea of warehouse.Tidal flats warehouse B company as the national ministry of construction projects in baosteel wisdom factory of one of the two pilot project,is also the key project of B Company in 2016,up and down in the group,much attention has been paid to never allow delays,the project schedule management work pressure.Project involves engineering design,construction,procurement,and other links,often occur in the process of implementing resource conflict,activity extension,etc.,while the traditional schedule management tool is difficult to solve such problems.Therefore,this article use the critical chain technology to solve company B tidal flats warehouse construction project schedule plan and schedule management issues,specific work is as follows:(1)Analysis of characteristics of construction project background and schedule management of B company intertidal zone warehouse construction projectThis paper introduces the project background and construction content of B company intertidal zone warehouse construction project,analyzing the characteristics of the finished goods warehouse project schedule management.(2)Based on the critical chain technology preparation scheduleWorking on B company intertidal zone warehouse construction project decomposition,at the same time for each task activities,resources estimation and activity duration estimate,in conclusion based on the critical path of the project,combined with the activity resource estimating,check critical path activity whether there is a resource conflict situation and improved,finally it is concluded that B company intertidal zone warehouse construction project,key chains,at the same time,according to the amount of risk method to calculate the critical chain on the risk of process time,calculate the project buffer area,eventually get the project complete schedule.(3)The research of control methods of B company intertidal zone warehouse construction project scheduleCritical chain technology set up a project buffer zones,the project management is the key content of schedule control buffer area,study and explore in this field.In the process of project implementation,there have been some resource conflicts tardiness phenomenon,process,use critical chain technology to monitor the buffer area,to determine whether you need a project manager involved,and after the intervention to take corresponding measures such as increasing project resources,improve incentive means of remedy,to ensure project completed on schedule.Through the study of this article,the realization of improvements on B company intertidal zone warehouse construction project progress management,at the same time for the similar engineering construction project progress management of application critical chain technology for reference.
