Energy collection technique has attracted much attention in recent years becauseit is closely related to the general requirements of society. Nowadays, we are facingextremely serious energy crisis due to the continuous exploitation of coal, petroleumand other non-renewable energy. Therefore, it has become the social consensus howto improve the collection and utilization of natural energy. The portable electronicdevices widely used and the appearance of mobile commerce put forward higherrequest on charging of mobile portable devices. Most of the portable electronicdevices need continuous charging using the storage battery, it is extremelyinconvenient and easy to damage the equipment. For advocating low carbon life,super capacitor is used to replace the battery in order to realize the continuous use ofequipment and avoid the inconvenience of frequent replacement of battery, which canrealize the green environmental protection and energy reuse to a certain extent, andgain immeasurable social value.For collecting energy continuously and intermittent power supply,the paperstudied power supply system with the super capacitor as energy storage device, thesolar cell and microwave rectifying antenna as micro-energy through theoreticalanalysis and experimental verification. Design intermittent power supply system forsolar cell energy storage and intermittent power supply system for microwaverectifying antenna, the test results show that it is feasible.Secondly, introduce the principle of super capacitor, give super capacitorequivalent circuit model and analyze the characteristics of super capacitor parameters:equivalent series resistance, the equivalent resistance in parallel, leak current andself-discharge situation. An intermittent power supply circuit was designed, whichcan simulate the solar cell and microwave rectifying antenna to give the charging test,discharge test and free-wheeling test of super capacitor. Through the analysis of these tests, we can validate the feasibility of constant current source free-wheeling energystorage.On the basis of above, design the solar cell free-wheeling energy storage circuitpower supply system, introduce the work principle and characteristics of solar cells,and gives a research of the equivalent model of solar cells. The paper gives themethod to select solar cells and super capacitors, which draws a conclusion that thesolar cell can give free-wheeling energy storage as micro energy.Finally, a rectifying antenna free-wheeling energy storage circuit power supplysystem was designed and introduces the whole process of microwave transmissionand the principle of rectifying antenna. It also gives tests of a single rectifyingantenna and two series rectifier in different distances and under different power. Fromthe test results, we found that the two rectifying antenna series can improve the outputvoltage of rectifying antenna, and we also analyzed the application of two rectifyingantenna series. Considering the weak voltage of the two rectifying antenna series, wecan apply several rectifying antenna series in practice.
