Power curve is an important indicator to evaluate the performance of a wind turbine,measurement of power performance of wind turbine is not only an essential part of windturbine type certificate, but also it is used to verify the differences of the effective poweroutput and the prediction power output, the wind turbine availability usage, and it is alsothe performance indicators of operation status. The methodology of measurement isstudied, the traditional power performance of wind turbine test system exists can notautomatically calculate and filter the data on the site, and the system is too large does nothave the portability, long test period, the test data is not real-time displays, so according toIEC standard proposes a new wind turbine power performance of the test method andsystem development, and data of a wind turbine test and results analyze.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:(1)Understanding of the development process and the research status of windturbine power performance of the test;(2)Introduction IEC standard method for determining the main purpose and powercurve, study design data collection methods and data analysis methods, and the equipmentsdeployment based on IEC standards are proposed;(3)Based on IPC, use ISO-813A/D acquisition card and P16R16DIO I/O cardcollecting data and transform, delphi software as design platform to programming;(4)Familiar with and understanding of IEC61400-12-1standard, according to whichit referred to the bin method, matlab and GUI prepared using data filtering, correction,regression procedures;(5)For the current test system deficiencies, based on the IPC, the completion of theoverall build fan power test systems and measuring equipment with the externalenvironment to conduct test trials;(6)Perfect fan power test systems, automatic test system with on-site screeningcomputing, visualization and other functions. The topic is in the traditional wind turbine power performance of test methods basedon the time to improve. The subject developed a test system capable of better contentcompletion of the requirements to achieve the test requirements of wind turbine powerperformance.
