At present, the PWM technology is widely applied in variable frequency speedregulation system, the power switch device to determine the manner of turn on and turn offpower switch device, so the system can not be ignored, because traditional Matlabsimulation often regard the power devices as ideal switches, and ignoring the switchingcharacteristics of IGBT, so this paper combined simulation, the switching characteristics ofthe device considering the simulation, the main research contents are as follows:Firstly, this thesis expounds the present situation of the application, the developmentsituation of IGBT model simulation and the CO-simulation, then puts forward the methodof CO-simulation of six phase permanent magnet synchronous motor drive control systemfor accurate modeling, and compared with the traditional Matlab simulation of this method,and make the dynamic characteristics of IGBT simulation more accurate.Secondly, through the study on the basic characteristics of IGBT devices, the IGBTmodel of Matlab/Power System and Saber were compared, and through the experimentproved that IGBT model of Saber simulation on dynamic characteristics of the device withMatlab/Power System more accurately.Then, this thesis introduces the operation method of CO simulation, and the problemsthat should be pay attention, this method is applied to build the six phase permanentmagnet synchronous motor control system simulation model, and the reliability of dataexchange and accuracy are verified. The combined simulation and traditional Matlabsimulation results were compared and analyzed, summarized the differences betweentraditional Matlab simulation and the CO simulation.Finally, application of joint simulation and Matlab simulation, effects on the carrierfrequency and dead time on harmonic are analyzed, Summary the effect of IGBT on thedynamic characteristics of the driving control system.
